Our vision

Who would we be without the oppression? What could we do? Where could we go? Our vision is creating a world that is centered in the principles of accountability and repair, justice and harm reduction, courage and imagination. We imagine communities at work and beyond that are led by a desire to honor and respect each other’s dignity, wellbeing, capacity, and humanity. This is our vision.
